Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

To access certain features of JoyFlix, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Certain features of JoyFlix, such as unlocking premium episodes or content, may require you to purchase virtual currency ("Coins", "Points", or similar items, collectively "Virtual Currency").
Virtual Currency implies a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and personal license to use specific features of the Services. Virtual Currency is not a property account, has no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred to other accounts or outside the Services, except as required by applicable law.
You may "top up" or purchase Virtual Currency through third-party payment channels (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other authorized processors). By initiating a transaction, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees.
ALL SALES OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you purchase Virtual Currency, you acknowledge that we are not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused Virtual Currency when an account is closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to adjust the pricing for Virtual Currency or any service components at any time at our sole discretion. Such changes will not affect Virtual Currency already purchased.
If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchases on JoyFlix. You represent that any Top Up activity is conducted with such consent.
To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to expire unused Virtual Currency if your account remains inactive for a period of twelve (12) months or if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by REELCAT MEDIA INC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to [email protected], with the subject line: "Copyright Infringement".
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELCAT MEDIA INC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REELCAT MEDIA INC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Texas.
