• Support & Feedback: Information sent to us when you contact customer support (e.g., screenshots, error logs).

• Usage Data: We track your interactions, including watch history, search queries, "likes", and content preferences to recommend videos you might enjoy.
• Device Data: IP address, device model, operating system (iOS/Android), unique device identifiers (advertising ID), and crash reports.

  Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove your Virtual Currency balance, which is non-refundable.
• Marketing Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails via the "Unsubscribe" link.

We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls) to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

JoyFlix is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions like the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
